I just started rowing, and by just started i mean this is my 5th practice. we did 500m sprints today and i rowed a 1:44. my coach called me a "hidden gem", so she thinks i'm good. I used to swim, so I'm pretty fit and really quite strong. I'm a girl, too by the way.
Is this really that good, or is she just flattering me so I stay on the team?
