Hey all,

Has anyone had any experience or is using light therapy products for things such as acne, psoriasis, SAD (seasonal affective disorder) etc...

Please share your experiences, questions and products that you have or are using

My name is Heather and my husband has had light treatment for psoriasis at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh. It helped while he was going for treatment but when the treatment stopped, the psoriasis came back. He had to have 30 treatments over a few months. It can work for some people and not for others.

My husband has tried distant healing which gave as much relief if not more and I think that this can help. Almac is a distant healer and he has given healing to us for some time and we do benefit from this.
