lomi lomi or sweedish?

Im interested in learning lomilomi after school to at least integrate it into my routine even if i dont practice it 100%traditional style (like I probably wont dance hula during massage which was traditional. im not that coordinated) and Im doing a project on lomilomi for school so I was wondering, to those that have tried getting both, which do you prefer, lomi lomi or sweedish? And what were the main differences between lomilomi and sweedish that you liked or disliked or even if you just felt nuetral.

lomi lomi or sweedish?

I like my variation of lomilomisara as one never stops touching. I use it at the end of the massage to kind of lighten up the session. I know others that use hot stones lightly for the same reason. Feel it gives a much more light touch sensation that is very soothing and healing. I have the client do deep breaths as we are doing it. But I know I am not doing it correctly too (think in addition to the hula, you are supposed to pray as doing it)
