I make this post taking a couple of things into consideration. First is a comment that Seforum.xxxgnant (Jeff) made on another thread: “Most of the posts you've made on this forum have to deal with you soliciting your business. We haven't gotten to know you or trust you..”. The second is the acknowledgement that this forum does not exist as a soapbox for sellers, so I won’t abuse this opportunity.
Massage Suite is actually the result of a chronic pain in my neck. My chiropractor gave me a referral for medical massage to receive treatment on my neck and back. The massage therapist he recommended was in a solo practice and did her paperwork by hand. She ended up buying a clinic from a retiring massage therapist, who had some software, but she was not really happy with it.
I have a full time job (not in computers), but I enjoy computer programming. Being the accountant type, I kept a spreadsheet so I knew what I owed after my health insurance payments. She said she wished all her clients did that, so I got the idea to create a little program whereby she could enter the session amount, insurance payments and print out a statement. That was the sum total of an unnamed program.
She saw it and thought it was great, but she would need it to do this, this, and this. So, I made it do this, this, and this. Wonderful she says, but I also need it to do this, that and the other thing. This pattern has gone on for the past 2 + years. Massage Suite was born when it got to the point that I thought (in my biased opinion) that the program had developed to the point of being able to compete with other massage software on the market.
So my post is just to make massage therapists aware of another option they may want to consider if they are looking to purchase software to manage their practice. I fully expect to see expressions of appreciation for, support of, and loyalty to Island Software, Massage Manager, Wincity Software, Land Software, etc, and that is great.
I welcome any comments, critiques that anyone has to offer. You can download and try a demo anonymously if you wish. I don’t ask for any contact information.

P.S. Thank you massage therapy! I have experienced tremendous relief from my neck pain. The cause of the problem was addressed; no drugs just to mask the symptoms.
