Hiring or referring?
Massage on Delivery does not "hire" therapists. It is more of a referral service, but does not distinguish itself from the crowded field of referral services, other than it is very transparent in its lack of therapist in nearly every city.
Hiring implies it is regular work, not once in a blue moon referrals. Local referral agencies work sometimes, national ones have yet to generate substantial business for anyone involved with them - even the owner!
Think about it the likelihood of you getting work from them...someone has to surf the net, find them from among every other listing for "massage Minneapolis" (they did not come up in the first five pages of a Google search for those terms, so how will they find them?), then select you as their practitioner (do you really want to be selected based on your photo?) and have them email you, or call MoD, who then has to try to track you down, and get back to them with some options for an appointment. Most people are not that patient. They want an answer now. They don't really care what the answer is, they just want to know, one way or the other, what times work, what times dont', etc.
