MJ Fans: Who introduced you to Michael's music?

For me, it was my dance teacher. She loved Michael's music and would use some of his songs in our recitals. The first song I heard her use (and the first song I ever heard by Michael, by the way) was Billie Jean and I was about six years old. She sometimes used Janet's songs too.

Anyway, who introduced you to MJ's music?

My mother. The story is kinda similar to how she introduced me to Prince's music, lol.

My older brother, he is a big Michael Jackson fan.
He showed me Billie Jean a long time ago and it went from there... although I never considered myself a big fan just a fan. I was always a bigger fan of Janet Jackson, she was my favourite growing up.

Real MJ Fans wouldn't be able to answer that, because real MJ fans have been fans since they were like 3 and wouldn't remember anything at that age.

my mom..since I was little...she's a big fan of michael and the jackson five. (Even went to a jackson five concert)

edit: Wish I was boredDude, um, I seriously disagree with that statement.
Me and my brother, all we remeber was my mom playing Jackson Five in the house.
So, All i could remeber was Michael jackson. And common sense leads to my mom playing him all the time.

My parents and older sister. They listened to him, and he was/is their favorite singer, so it passed on to me.

I found out myself, I remember seeing Thriller for the first time, and then Earth Song So I decided to look him up <3 He was also in the media a lot...

My mom. During Christmas she would always play all of his music. Even when she picked me up i could tell it was her car cause thriller would always be playing. Also 13 going on 30 brought his dance moves to my attention alot more
