Monthly MERB MP Meeting

I would like to propose a monthly meeting where people who really enjoy MP's can get together for a drink once a month or however frequently we like and discuss MP's.

eforum.xxx is awesome, but I think it would be cool to have debate/discussion on our different MP experiences.

I haven't thought of a location yet...but wanted to get some feedback on what you guys think?

Interestingly, there have been other threads here discussing how hard MPs go to not have two clients ever even see each other, creating a sort of vacuum that makes you appear to be the only client.

Meetings between people involved in the enjoyment of MP might break that, and more importantly, I think it might put us all under a microscope of LE... regular meetings like this could very easily be a good place for the montreal morality squad to send someone into the group to gain confidence and get a good inside view of many MPs.

I only discuss my MP activities with a very few people... keeps the exposure level down a bit.

SoWhat: Imagine for a minute that LE could get a person to meet us all one on one, where maybe slightly more wild war stories might come out. They could easily gain our confidence and get a nice run of information that won't even make the board.

More importantly, random posts of a chat board are just that, words on a screen. Personal comments made directly to LE, even unwittingly, are much more likely to support LE action on a particular location or person. Basically, what is on the board is unsupported, untracable rumor. What is said in person is easily attributed and actionable. While nothing we do is illegal per se, there are certain actions and results that could be questionable, and as a result, makes us a very interesting group for morality squad member (and I hope you guys and girls are having a nice day!)

I for one am very careful with who I meet from boards such as this.

Hey FD. I'm not sure that a regular meeting is a good thing. Who knows???? we may already know each other. our wives or girlfriends may even be friends. we may even work together, or in the same industries. our common bond at this time is a mutual love of exploration; the ability to interract in what we believe to be a safe and healthy environment; where our likes and dislikes; as well as our experiences can be shared discreetly and respectfully in a non threatening venue. do we really want to jeoperdise this very special relationship? i am not against private messaging when the occasion calls for it, but i am against gettin g together to discuss war stories. ultimately, this may change as i for one become more comfortable, but for the time being, i would very much like to continue the way we are. i don't feel that le is as much a potential problem as we can be to each other if our personal lives are already intertwined in some way.

A very funny story, before I forget.

A little while back, I had gone into a local based company for repair service on a household appliance. I dropped the thing off to the guy, who entered all the info into the computer. Told me the thing woudl be fixed (under warrantee, much to my pleasure) within a couple of days.

Two days later, I come in, and he is sitting away from the counter, at another computer. I can see the edge of the screen as I lean to one side.

Lo and behold, what I see on the screen is a little bit familiar... okay, very familiar: It's eforum.xxx.CA on his computer, and he appears to be reading one of my reviews.

I didn't say a word.

Now, would I want to lift the vail of confidentiality that exists there? Not sure. I probably will never see this guy again, but he does have all my personal info, including home and office numbers.

Something to think about, no?

maybe the mp meeting place can be at a particular strip club. that way, not only everyone can discuss MPs, can all also comment on the strip club/ dancers too

As long as you stay out of my fountains, I am okay with that... now if I could just get the casino to let me fredge their fountain, I would have a few dollars!
