should i be offended? The last couple of days we've gone out to eat and he's ran into this girl he knew and a few other people today and he didn't introduce me to them as his wife. He just left me standing there and didnt say this is my wife, Megan. Should i be offended by this? also im pregnant and he doesnt seem to care at all about my health or if i eat etc. The only thing he cares about is his weed and the next time hes going to get it.
 
Yes you should be very offended by this...you know the term "better half" well your husband seems to think his better half is the left side of his own body.

On the other point though you should be the one who is concerned about what you eat. You are the person who is carrying all the responsibility (along with the extra baby weight that might be gained if you don't watch it).
