Short Review:
45 min Session: 150 plus 50 tip for topless and bum play. Not even fully naked.
Massage: 4/10
MPA Face and Body : 7/10 ( personal preference like big boobs but she has small I don't know if they are B or C)

MPA likes to chat and makes you comfortable.massage is pretty bad it's just like rubbing lotion on body . When the action part kicked in I was offered her exact words" no fingering just play with bums and you can touch boobs " . Somewhere I felt artificial and Lost interest towards the end. She said she is only a month old .

Now the club itself looks upscale and well maintained, they have shower rooms, Jacuzzi,Pool, Sauna , steam rooms.
Used the pool and steam room.
I was told it's $40 just to use the amenities for whole day.
Iam a shy guy but I have seen couple of men walking naked. But you have the option of using their robes and shorts.( Guess mandatory after the shower when you enter the massage room)

IN a nutshell total damage 200$. I am usually a JR guy. Just gave it a try to experience club dynasty. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Yes. The lower mileage Spas where the girls don't get the big tips, pay the girls around 40 bucks for a half hour appointment. That's what a girl told me once.

No surprise there. All spa girls (this one is no exception) make money on the tips.

At most asian spas 100% of the room fee is taken by the house (50 for 45min) and all the tips go to the girl (20/40/80/100++)

At CD the room fee includes a HE for 150$ and the girl gets 40 so the girls still get it better than other spas. Upsells here scale much higher than other spas as well.

Why do you think so many spas are run by former workers?

The windows and the traffic , male workers locker room, pool and sauna area attendants chills the mood for more extras than a hj. Then there is the clean up between sessions which is different if more extras are going on like cbj, bbbj or fs.
I think that their business model of a good RMT like massage by the mature Asian ladies in a nice club style spa with good amenities and ambiance is good but may be financially difficult if the owners and other staff are not Asian. However the introduction of young semi hot ladies, many of whom cannot provide a proper massage coupled with mileage chasers would lead to the likely potential that more than a hj would occur as some of the ladies just may be hustlers and venture capitalists not working at this place for their health.

With previous owner , a masseuse told me that the previous lounge attendant Tammy sometimes timed a session for the flip and would come to the window to watch the release, it happened to me twice. During the previous owner’s time, I was able to arrange take out with three different mpas ( open minded freelancers) for fun that was understandable not permitted on the premises.

The new owners should make up their minds what they ultimately want to do otherwise they will go the way of the dodo or Blackberry which could not make up their decide whether they wanted to be ”keyboard “ or “ touchscreen” !!

#1 . No direct payment, fs in her car after a session then no charge and heavy bartering for fs for a few years after at her place or my place. She has long since retired. We are still friends and she became a licensed professional a few years ago.

#2 FS in my car after two sessions in industrial parking lots behind Club Dynasty after midnight, one session the windows were nicely covered with light snow after, no charge, extremely vocal cowgirl. Third session gave her $80 bucks because she said it was her birthday. She was shopping a new sugar daddy which was the reason for no charge the first two sessions. She disappeared and her name has been already recycled twice.
