As far as selling products, you will need sales tax licenses. Both state and city. (I assume that is for every state, but I could be wrong.) Contact your state and/or city tax division and ask them. Once you have that, you will be able to get products at wholesale price. Most distributors have asked me for a copy of the license in order to sell the products to me. When you get your license, you should also get instructions on how to fill out the correct forms and when to send them in. They are pretty straight forward, but you can always contact a CPA if you are unsure about it.
