Newbie scrap-booking mistake....Help!?

I bought some things at the craft store today and what I thought were the rub-on transfers turns out to be these...

How do I make them stay in place?

And also, what you use to get the chipboard things to stay in place? Ones like this...

With the acetate frames, I would use double-sided tape discretely placed around the edges or even just on the corners, or you could use photo splits (they are essentially double sided tape too, but some of them have a frosted look). If you then position the frame over, say, a photo, you can almost make the tape disappear if you rub it firmly with a bone folder or a wooden Popsicle stick to get all the air bubbles out between the tape and the frame.

With the chipboard, often they will come with pieces if foam mounting tape on the back of them already. All you would need to do is peel off the protective coasting on the foam and stick the chipboard where you want it.

If these chipboard shapes do not come with any form of adhesive, you can:

1. Run them through a Xyron machine to make 'stickers' out of them

2. Add some Stampin' Dimensionals to them

3. Use a hot glue gun to stick them down

4. Use a clear glue like Crystal Effects to make a very strong bond

It all depends on the effect you want to get

for chipboard- two way tape or ZOTS will hold it in place.

I can not bring up your links. But the others answers talk of clear acetate. I use brads to put them on my layouts. adhesive just doesn't seem to work. It always shows. so use an embellishment on the top or both sides to hold it in place.
