Newbie to longboarding, advice on board please?

Hi,
I'm looking to purchase my first longboard. I'm looking to use it mainly for crusing/getting around, but would like to be able to do simple tricks as well (ex. ollieing on/off curbs). I'm new to skating so I need stability but also want maneuverability too.

I'm a female, about 115. and 5'3" and these are some boards that I'm considering. What would you recommend for my needs? Thank you in advance! If not labeled they are by Bird Rock Co. as it seems to have good prices to fit my needs, but a few others too..

These also caught my eye, they are longer at 38" so while that gives more stability do you think I can still do a fair amount with them and still do basic practical tricks?

Thanks - I've done my reading but it's still really hard to narrow down my selection, even if I can get it down to a few it'd really help me choose.
