Hey everyone, newbie vegan here and I am totally experimenting and I love it. I dont miss meat and I m excited everyday to see what I can make. Anyway my fello vegetarian friends keeps pushing me to try tofu. Now I have heard that it is horrible but dont want to discriminate based off of that. So my goal for this week it to make it. Now what is the best way, how should I do it, and what type should I use, I heard they come in soft, and firm etc. So thanks for the help and if there is anyone herethat would love to email me for anymore tips and stuff please just leave me yours and I will def email you. P.S. ALSO TO VEGANS/VEGETARIANS WHY IS IT THAT SUM PPL ARE SO NEGATIVE TOWARDS US? I MEAN I PUT HEALTHY TIPS UP ON MY FBK AND RANDOM PPL ARE LIKE EAT MEAT, GOD PUT IT HERE AND WHEN I TRY TO EXPLAIN MYSEF THEY GET RUDE AND MEAN. MY GOODNESS THIS LIFESTYLE IS HEALTHIER AND MAKES ME FEEL GOOD. WHY IS THERE SUCH OPPOSITION AND HATE MY GOODNESS!!!
