Newbie with plasma tv's...is this good quality?

im buying a new TV and this one is on sale...its 1200 bucks total with a 2 year warranty. really i just want to know if this is good quality or not. Thank you all for any help!

Depends on how long you want it to hold up (avg = 3 - 7 years) and what, exactly, YOU plan to do with it. (for example: "it MUST have RCA input/output jacks for sound - NOT digital/optical ONLY, etc.").
