Hi everyone. I'm in the process of sending out newsletters to my clients. I've never done this before. I've included a voucher for a free half hour if they purchase another half hour. My question is how far back do I send to my previous clients. I've been in business for four years and alot of my clients have come to my clinic only once. Should I send a newsletter out to all clients or those who have come in the past 12-18 months? Any comments will be most welcome. Thanks. Em

Hello There If it were me I would send it to everyone. You never know who will get the letter and say" O yea that was a good massage I should make a appointment". Couldent hurt!

I agree, I think its best to send the newletter to the old clients. This is a great reminder that you are still in business and going strong. I'm sure more than one of your old clients will come back for another massage. You can try sending it to the old clients just to see what kind of response you will get from them. Good-luck!
