Outcall Brochure

Good Morning,
I'm starting up my business soon, and am working on some brochures that I plan on passing out. I'm going to primarily start off with Outcalls and would like to make a section on the brochure about the "Top 10 Reasons to Schedule an Outcall" type of thing, in it. I have a few ideas, like being in the comfort of your own home, and not having to sit through rush hour traffic once you leave, etc. I was wondering if I could get some input from you guys on some other ideas. I guess I would reconsider calling them "outcalls". Clients won't know right off-hand what that means to them....

Instead, call them "in-home" or "off-site" or something like that. This type of wording speaks directly to your client and lets them know exactly what service you're offering in 2 words or less and doesn't make them think at all....

Just a suggestion...

Here are a few ideas for your list:

"Can go to sleep right after the massage" may be one that would be useful.

"Help for those with disabilities / difficulty traveling" - may be another.

The last one I can think of off the top of mey head would be for the sight impaired. I took some time to learn about our center for the sight impaired and found out that "guide-dog accessable" places are important. So, when making a specific brochure for these clients and their families, I made sure to add that. You can contact your local center for more information regarding that.

i agree with artofmassage. calling it in-home massage appointments really helps people to figure out what you're talking about.

i can't really think of any more benefits besides the ones offered. unfortunately i can think of more reasons not to receive one at home than to receive one. sorry. it's because of those reasons i don't do in-home appointments anymore.

you may want to reconsider the "top ten reasons" and just put more emphasis on the convenience of it or that they'll save time and travel frustrations. you could stress how you are "catering to them". people always like that. or that they can relax in the setting of their own home.

good luck! search around the internet. you should be able to find different therapists websites and see how they explain it. maybe that will help you.

"we travel to you" (NOT "we come to you" - negative connotation)
