Percentage on referrals...

I rent from the greatest couple who work with me so well on combination marketing ideas which brings us both business. They see that I am getting very busy and also know I was offered a space in a chiro clinic which I turned down as I love having my own practice where I have more freedom to take my time and coerce the muscles rather than only 15 minutes to do what has to be done.

Anyway...the owners don't want me to go anywhere as we are both helping each other, and I am fine with that because I really do not want to go out on my own and run a big spa, although I would love to set up a building for myself with one or two other therapist who I can refer clients when I get too busy. (But land is soooo expensive even on the outskirts of town, I don't see that happening.) The owners told me that if I'd stay, when the time comes for us to get another therapist, they would work something out with me on giving me a perceneforum.xxxe for any clients I referred to the other therapist. How would you recommend that be done? She would be paying rent plus giving me a perceneforum.xxxe from referrals. Should she be charged less rent because of that? If so...how much less? And how much of a perceneforum.xxxe? Or....should we even consider doing this at all? :?:

i don't think you should be having a new therapist pay you for your referrals. how many referrals would you really be giving him/her anyway? i can't see that this would make for a good relationship between you, the owners & this new therapist. just my opinion.
