Please help me write an ad

[Ashley Anxiety.]

I need to create an ad for a program for a symphony orchestra.

Here are the details:

The ad will be a half page ad (approx 3x5 inches).
There will be four concerts (October, November, February, and April) each ad must be the same.
Concert goers are generally college educated, married, over age 40, own their own home, and are in the upper middle class or higher income levels.

My thoughts:

I want an ad which can be tested for results. So, I need a call to action. I want to call it the "Symphony Special." It will be a free paraffin dip with a 60 or 90 minute session. Clients need to mention the ad and book their appointment within a set amount of time after each concert, say 4 weeks. The offer will not be valid for gift certificate purchases.

I can also promote gift certificate sales. Each concert is before a major gift giving holiday except the February one. October and November ramp up to Christmas, the February one is after Valentines Day, and the April one is before Mother's Day.

They sent me a copy of a program from last season. The ads either were like business cards (business name and contact info) or said something like, ABC Company proudly supports the ABC Symphony.

So, I need an attention getting headline. Here are some ideas I had.

1. Tired of rushing around? Come by us to slow down.

2. Who takes care of you? We do.

3. Take better care of others by taking care of yourself.

4. Massage therapy, do you know what you're missing?

I am not the best at headline writing, so give me a hand. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

peacenut, I wish I had more input for you. Whenever I'm writing something up, I usually have to "think in action"; i.e., frame out what I'm making (a letter, business card, etc) with the proper dimensions and put something in and shuffle things around and tweak it according to how it looks "in action", so to speak. I rarely can actually *think up* something and it come out "looking" the way I "saw" it in my head.

Oh, I'm no help, LOL!

How'd you get in on the symphony deal, anyway? That rocks!
