Potential Iphone newbie?

ok thinking of finally getting the iphone 3gs, but have a few questions first, so they are with o2 in ireland, typical plan is for €45 a month with 175 minutes, 150 texts etc, so my question is, if i dont use up all my minutes one month i know they wont get carried over , but will that reduce the bill, and another question can i use safari if im not in a wireless zone, and is it expensive, and is part of my minutes or how does it work,

Your bill will not reduce if you don't use your minutes. You can use Safari if you are not in a wireless zone and your plan should include unlimited internet access,mine does. I'm with O2 UK.

Just get one, you'll love it!

I was going to do this,
But the cheapest way for it i found was to do this:
Buy the iphone, not contract
Then i took out 02 simplicity and pay around £15 a month for unlimited internet and 1000 txts and 600mins any network anytime
