Do people have reflexology purely for pleasure or is it just a means of treating/diagnosing a specific health problem?
I ask because I wanted to try reflexology but haven't actually got anything wrong with me, my friend is having it to help with a back problem and my Auntie is having it to help with bad migraines. I love pressure being applied to my feet, and usually fall asleep. When I'm having a normal Swedish massage I wish the therapist would spend more time on my feet, but I do realise they have a special routine that they need to stick to.
Thanks in advance, and I hope it's not a silly question!
