Rip off at BP

Decided to try BP tonight after looking at the new pics on their site, what a mistake that was. The place is decorated really nice and the spiral staircase was pretty cool but that was the highlight of the visit. I arrive and am greeted by a girl at the desk with HUGE breasts, i later learn that she is Asia. No matter, i had booked an appointment with Natasha based on her pics. While i was downstairs using the ATM (25% surcharge whats up with that???)i met Natasha and thought WOW!. She asked how long of a session i wanted I told her 1 hour. She attempted to warn me about their steep prices for the hour but her boss would not let her. I then went upstairs paid the door fee for the hour. It was supposed to be $80 i paid $90 but i thought for 10 bucks no point causing problems. I get to the room shower and in walks the stunnning Natasha, she quotes me her prices and by the way she says she can't do the hour b/c its too late, would have been nice to know this earlier. Anyway her cell phone went off a bunch of times during the session not a big deal unlike like Tiger cell phones don't affect my performance lol. She did provide a great release but the session only last 30 mins and she was not willing to stay any longer. I paid $100 for the half hour massage no bs and she kept her thong on b/c it was that time of the month. I then inquired about getting the extra 30 mins door fee back which is apparantly not possible. I left there and will never return i will stick with my ladies at B&S. My advice to all is to avoid this place at all costs.

But that's real strange cause I've had nothing but great experiences there with Alana or Christina etc... ot's truly a king's palace!!!

Did you shell out almost $200 for only an half hour massage? Man, what can I say? Why hadn't you done some research on BP before rushing to that place?

Did you complain to the Manager on duty regarding the extra $50 that you paid (a normal 30 minute door fee is $40)? Natasha probably does not have the authority to refund door fees, so asking her probably would not get you any results.

My advice is to call during the week, speak to Diane or Sal directly (not one of the assistants). Clearly and calmly outline the facts, make sure you say precisely who you saw, when you were there, how long you stayed, and why the session was cut down to only 30 minutes.

I would be surprised if they do not accommodate you somehow, maybe not with a refund, but they might waive the door fee on a future visit or something.

BP has had a bad rap for over a year in my book. Since they pulled the same stunt and more than once.

There is no use in complaining to management as it is obvious they have not learned or remedied since the last incedent.
Continue to make these posts and let them take their lumps.

As for the ladies, hopefully for our benefit, they will move elsewhere. Highly unlikely as it seems they collect a king's ransom where they are.

The first thing I would have done was cancel the appointment and get my money back!

I have a hard time trying to figure this one out here. I've been to BP at least 8 or 9 times. I figure if anything "bad" is going to happen it would've happened in one of those visits. Not once has this happened. I had one so so session but that's been it. How is it possible that everyone says they seem to be getting ripped off there and yet I never have any problems??

I think that a few people have had an incident but, probably didn't raise the issue with management and then come crying and screaming onto the board "Oh I got ripped off! Blah blah blah." If you didn't at least try to see if the problem could be rectified, then you're not giving anyone a chance to correct it. And if that's the case, quit your bitching!!" How is anyone going to know if you don't tell them. And I don't mean by telling them on a review board. I mean in person.

If you did try and nothing came of it, then you have a legitimate complaint.

I do agree with Wooly in some respect. If you don't address your concerns with the management, then you shouldn't come on here and start crying.

Here's the thing though, I'm just wondering how much of what is being said is first hand experience, and how much is just repetition of "what they heard or read on the boards".

People can make a statement and it sounds like they were the ones involved when really it's something that they heard about.

You could have 1 person who has a problem, but when people start talking about it, it sounds like it's 50 people having problems. And you know that when other people start yapping about something, especially on review boards, it just grows and grows and can become completely ridiculous.

I'm not saying that there can't be problems that happen. That's ridiculous. But, I just have a hard time believing there are as many problems that seem to be happening that are being portrayed that's all.

Only 2 things I've gotten out of BP was free food at the BBQ and Shannon's BS or BSS (Slip N Slide). haha
