Should I introduce myself to this girl? She added me on facebook, shes a friend of my best friend. Should I introduce myself to her even though I didn't add her? and if I should what should I say?

I've never met her before.

Introduce yourself to her. Clearly she is interested in you, it might not necessarily mean she wants to have a relationship but maybe to be friends. Just say:
Hi my name is: whatever your name is
I'm friends with: whoever your friend is
Don't mention anything about facebook because she might know that you didn't add her, after she added you.
Since you dont know her, start a conversation that everyone could be involved in, like: What did you think of the science test, and go from there.

Yes you should talk to her, start off by asking her how she knows your friend. Look at her page and see who and what y'all have in common. She probably doesn't bite so just be nice and open to meeting a new person.

yea...i mean you could say..im (ur name) you know my friend....blah blah blah...then you could start a conversasion with her like you could be like ...so hows life..or sooo how are you doing ..or ......ask her her number if you like her or first get to know her lol.
