Skaters - is this a good campus cruiser for a newbie?

I've been looking for a longboard for a while now... I'm still new to skating (just learning the basics on a skateboard) but longboarding appeals to me. I'm going to college in the fall and considering getting a campus cruiser longboard - something that's shorter but has the stability/ride of a longboard.

Is this a good board for those purposes? I'm a female, 5" 3' and don't need the best board, esp. seeing as this is my first, but want something that is also decent quality. Thank you!
