I used my first tampon today and it was good and comfortable.. but when i took it out it was kinda hard to take out and it kinda freaked me out...

Is this normal? And is there any ways to pull out the tampon without it being so hard to take out? Like should i pull on an angle? Or just straight down?

Sorry this question seems so amature but I really need some advice from someone who's experienced with this stuff.. i dont want to ask my mom...

it is because you didn't wear it long enough it was still dry ... a fuller tampon is alot more comfy to take out than a dry one .... i don't mean to wear it for 10 hours til it gets full but if you aren't bleeding alot or your tampon is a bigger absorbency than you need than it will hurt and be a lil un-comfy to remove .... but it is normal and if you tampon is dry it will hurt a lil and sorta feel like a suction when taking it out ... but try and use the least absorbency that you can at the time ... without going over a blleding over it

i've never worn a tampon before 9it freaks me out) but from what i heard it takes a few days to get used to them. it's normal for all girls when they strat wearing tampoms. Just wearing them should of been uncomfortable at first, so you are off to a good start. Maybe you can ease it out next time, like back and forth

Well, it may have been hard to remove because it wasn't very soiled. Also, try using a "lite" one. I've always liked Tampax brand, mostly because the string was more like a little rope, and was therefore very easy to pull. I don't think angle makes much difference. Remember that you don't have to change it as often as you would a pad.

its normal . lol. Just be gental pulling out , you'll know if your doing it wrong . If the tampon isnt fully like bloody , lol, eww, but like it may hurt a little more pulling out , but the 'wetter' it is, the easier it should be , also, maybe try taking it out standing up ?& if you have trouble putting it in standing up is also a good way .
you will get the handle of it. Just takes practice.
