Salutations!

Well, after months of going about my MT career the wrong way (i.e. applying to work for spas; client cancellations; iffy rental spaces), I've come to realize that my approaches aren't beneficial right now. NOT wrong, just NOT beneficial right now!

I would like to host spa parties for sororities (a market that hasn't been hit just yet in my area) but I'm at a loss as to how to get started. I'm very big on following the rules when it comes to starting a business--proper license and such are extremely important to me. I tried my hand at other mobile spa companies here in Michigan but there seems to be a lack of constant clientele. This is understandable, economically, but something's gotta give.

How do I go about advertising for independent contractors/employees? What would be some innovative services and approaches to offer sorority women?

Any ideas/comments/questions are greatly appreciated. I'd like to start for the holiday season, but I am patient enough to plan for 2007!

If it's not too late, go create a website and show everybody what you offer. Also, post ads on Craigslist in the jobs section and have them fax you their resume or be able to email you their resume. Some people do not like craigslist, but when it comes to job seekers we've had nothing but good luck.
