help please i am training and working on my case studies, i have a client with quite swollen ankles and legs, why might this be and what relfelxes must i work on

Does the skin of the lower legs 'pit' if you gently press your finger tips above her ankle? Has she been investigated for lymphoedema or lipoedema? (If she has lipoedema, she may not like having her lower legs 'poked' - it usually hurts!) Has she got varicose veins? How is her blood pressure?
