Thai Massage

Got a Thai massage today at TCM spa, it's very interesting, if you enjoy massage then you must try it.
I had Thai massage when I visted Bankog many many years ago, with Thai massage there are lot more movement then the normal massage, some of the position do require flexibility.
I am glad that I can find a good Thai massage in Toronto after so many years.

One of the best places in Bangkok I found for a massage was Wat Pho temple. Strictly vigorous legitimate massage for about 120 baht (under CAD$5). Still looking for comparable in Canada.

IMHO, the best Asian massage outside of Bangkok is found with Sabina at Bayview TuiNa (Bayview, just north of Davisville, (416) 486 6828).

Sabina is Chinese and has great hands, elbows, knees and feet together with great sense of touch to unlock all that tension and knots in your body. She is very friendly and cordial, but don't expect much by way of extras.

The other ladies that work with her are trained by her and almost as good -- and that is not a knock on them.

May be so, but Thai massage is different from Chinese Tuina, not try to say which is better, but it's a good experience.

The Thai massage I had at TCM was very close to what I had at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok.

How are the attendants at TCM these day?

The last time I was there, I got a really interesting lady/man?!?

The last I heard, only ladies work there now. Is that true?

I think they still have male attendants there but I didn't saw any.
Some times that I only went for the 10 min massage in the public room, since it's only a neck and back rub (with clothes on) male attendant is better than female.

No, that is why if I need good massage I'll go there. When I want extras I'll go some where else.

the first time i went to tcm this summer i was able to get a rub and a tug.

the second time, when i got there a young man was leaving, complaining that all he got was a massage, and the woman managing the place said that yes, they only did legitimate massage.

the attendant i had that second time gave a rather unenthusiastic massage, and i didn't even bother asking for extras.

This place was discussed on the previous board. They lead potential clients to think they offer extras, which they do not. I went there earlier this year, and had a pretty good massage for 30 minutes. I opted for an additional 10 minutes, and inquired about "extras". The attendant suddenly pretended she didn't understand (her English was excellent up to this point) and repeated "Extra's? I no understand". There are other places in Toronto where you can get as good a massage with a release.
