1. make sure to LISTEN to my clients when they are expressing their needs.
2. although I have a table warmer, my room tends to stay cool. Table is quite toasty, but maybe provide some cozy socks for cold feet?
3. GET ON my table occasionally, look around, from a clients prospective, see what stands out, good and bad.
4. Id like to say Im good about not talking, but some clients get me going, almost like thats what they come in FOR...to have someone to interact with. I will still take that client by client, make sure I know what theyd like b4 the session.
5. Im considering a suggestion box of some sort? Im not sure how that would work...I get feedback from my folks, but maybe theyd be m ore comfy sayign something anonymously.
