Three arrested after prostitution bust at Kennewick massage parlors - AppleValleyNewsNow.com

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- The Kennewick Police Department said three massage parlors were investigated for prostitution which resulted in three people arrested.

KPD said the Criminal Investigation Division, Criminal Apprehension Team and the Metro Drug Task Force investigated complaints on several massage parlor locations in Kennewick.

KPD investigated:

• Sunshine Massage, located at 8390 W. Gage Blvd. #111
• Genesis Spa, located at 4727 W. Clearwater Ave. Suite C
• Lotus Massage, 5917 W. Clearwater Ave. Suite B

Officials said three people were arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail on suspicion of prostitution and massage license or certificate violation.

KPD named the three arrested as:

• 55-year old Xirong Liu, KMC 10.06.020 Prostitution and KMC 6.37.100 Massage License or Certification Violation
• 34-year-old Hongliu Deng, KMC 10.06.020 Prostitution and KMC 6.37.100 Massage License or Certification Violation
• 55-year-old Yanqiu Wang, KMC 10.06.020 Prostitution and KMC 6.37.100 Massage License or Certification Violation

KPD said it is partnered with Mirror Ministries to provide services to those affected by human trafficking.

"Having this dedicated team at the business ready to assist increases the chances of victims finding a path out of human trafficking. Mirror Ministries provided two additional individuals services during this operation." KPD said.
