I know this has been discussed before, but I've noticed recently, in a few threads, that people are addressing it again. I'm not entirely sure why, but there seems to be an "us" vs "them" ( E. vs W. coast ) mentality, with regard to those who prefer a half hour session, over an hour. Someone even said that it's stupid to spend more. I don't understand that thinking either, as I understand for the most part why some people prefer a half hour. There is method to my madness, believe it or not. In my case, at least, it's not because an hour is within my budget, but rather that I prefer going for a one hour and getting the full "experience" than two half hours.

I've always gone for an hour, right from my first visit, which I upgraded to an hour * Once I had more experience, I began to realise the real assets of a longer session, and even started going for 1 1/2 to 2 hour sessions with the best MPA's. I think possibly the bottom line is that those who prefer a 1/2 hour to an hour are looking for a different experience. I doubt there are too many board members who have a"rub & tug" mentality, but there must be some differences in our needs, aside from the cost factor.

OK, here's partly why I prefer a longer session. I used to like the pampering factor, although to less of a degree these days. The feeling of going in there and lying down, knowing you have an hour of "escape" ahead of you, can be a euphoric feeling. I enjoy the build up and not having to feel rushed through any aspect of the session. I did try half hour sessions this year, due to funding to see if more variety was better, as opposed to going less and getting a longer session. I found these sessions to be lacking and somewhat rushed. Especially upon a first visit with an MPA. It really could give a wrong impression, if you don't have the time to get comfortable with her. I would say that there are probably some MPA's that it may be a waste to get a full hour, but most of the better ones have no problem filling that hour, and in fact sometimes seem more at ease.

I wanted to address a few things in this post, the other being, so called "extras" and cost. I've always had some form of N & NR included with a BS, and to my knowledge it should be included. In other words if you get a half hour BS, then NR should be a part of that, or if you get N/BS for one hour then a form of NR should also be a part of that. Getting back to the time factor, I really find it hard to fit in N, NR & BS in a half hour time span, and thats not even including possible DFK and/or DATY. I know this is too analytical, as good sessions never consist of these exact elements ( N, NR, BS ), but a good creative session would even require more time.

Another thing that is constantly being brought up is how $ 200 is a lot of money for a one hour BS. I really don't remember ever paying $200. This may just be my own personal preference, but generally the NR part of the session lasts abt 20 to 30 mins, in which time, it is my turn to try and please them and myself in turn. So, I've generally paid around 160 for an hour which would cover NR / BS. I generally do, only see the experienced MPA's and some are smart enough to know that either way, giving a discount is beneficial to them in the long run, by gaining a regular client or keeping one. The very best MPA's make the money aspect seem almost inconsequential.** As one MPA used to say, "I got my cummings too" ...

This is not to say that anyone should expect to necessarily pay less than $200 with every girl, if, in fact, they literally want a 2 hour BS, and expect the girl to do all the work. I suppose there are those that prefer to primarily receive rather than a little "give and take", but again this is a matter of preference. For the type of session I like, it has to include a fair amount of giving and, I also believe that it is, us, who play a large part in the outcome of the session. Anyway my main point was that, especially with a regular, there is a possibility that you may not be paying the full price. I've never once haggled with any MPA ; it's just not my nature ...

Another way to justify paying for a BS, and this can either be for an hour or a half hour, is that you are in fact getting T / N / NR all included in BS, so if you add the individual cost of those up, then it really is a hell of a deal.

One other thing I noticed, is people calculating shower time. If you think of shower time, as a wasted part of your time, then get the girl to shower with you. They are usually more than happy to comply. If the girl does not shower with me, most of those showers have taken place after "time up" and usually while she cleans up; an allowance of 15 minutes is allocated between sessions. Try not to get carried away though, and consider that the attendant needs a break, and there are others waiting.

* I had no clue as to extras and was left with $15 and a very cute, giving mpa, who gave me topless and a yummy view by raising one leg up and resting it in the bar of the table.

** I tend to do a lot of research, for the most part, as to who I see, due to limited funds, as I want to make sure there's a really good chance that I'd be compatible with the MPA ...

Great Post. One complaint though, your post is way too short. I know I would most definitely get a 60 min session if I could afford it. I heard IT gives you a limo ride to and from the spa, as well as Paul and the built blond guy feed you grapes , as you wait for your MPA to enter the room. Certainly sounds like it's worth it to me. Oh yeah, the extra 30 min with the MPA sounds great as well.

My pleasure. It sounds like the 60 min session, could also be called the HSPE. The lavish limo ride to and from the spa, Paul and built blond guy feeding you grapes and kraft cheese singles, as you wait for your dashing MPA in shining silk to arrive.


I'm definately gonna have to ask The Garyboy for a raise in my allowance. The High School Prom Expieirience just sounds to good to pass up.

I've always thought that if you want to have a BS then you pay for the price of a BS for the entire hour (2 x $100). By combining a NR & a BS for the hour it makes more sense ($60 + $100) economically speaking. Besides, if you are booked for an hour, the attendant is not doing a BS for 60 straight minutes.

One could come up with all sorts of "Extra" combinations. How about the 8 hour session. The door fee would be $480. Once in the room tell the attendant that you would prefer the basic massage, which I believe is $0, for the first 450 minutes and a BS ($100) for the final 30 minutes. Mind you this is a little extreme and the chances are the attendant would probably kill you.

A HSPE would vary depending on whether you got to 1st , 2nd or 3rd base at da prom. I only managed to get my arm around her ... spoof ... she never got to see my leopord skin pattern M & S breifs ... luckily, I met her brother on the way to clean up & he was really chummy and comforting ...

I beg to differ Oh Henry. Pool has informed us that we may be able to save some hard earned cash by mixing up the extra's in an hour session.

Just don't try it with EVERY mpa! as difficult as some may find it to be, clarify your mutual expectations in advance or be prepared to pay double the 30 minute rate.

i usually opt for an hour session. i like extending/delaying my pleasure as long as possible. it adds to the experience i find.

Well said Poolie. When I have time, I will opt for an hour's session. But the majority of the time the massage is spur of the moment and 30 mins is all the time I can spare.

Nice touch to switch the options...never even thought of it.

After some thought and discussion on this, that you can book an hour, pay the door fee, and split the in room into half hour sessions of your choice, as long as you are specific about it with the MPA.

You should be able to get a great and varied session, and not pay double.
