UK pamper day

Hi ,

I am trying to arrange a pamper day in December, i have a few therapists that live locally that i can approach but not sure how to expand on the small circle i have. (first time arranging such an event)

I will be holding it at a community hall in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire,I thought if i charged the therapist £10 per table and then the taster sessions they offer is their own (and obviously they will have the chance to promote themselves) and maybe charge a bit for refreshments and cakes.

I suppose what i'm asking is does this sound acceptable, any help and advice would gladly be appreciated, as i say first time of doing something like this

How long is the day for? 8 hours? 3 hours? £10 sounds reasonable; even if it was just 3 hours, if a therapist charged £8 for 15 minute taster sessions and got 50% bookings, that'd be £38 profit.
