Ok, I've got to admit that I never heard of this. I do remember an AMP called BIKINI that was just a few doors from the Church's Chicken. To my knowledge out of all these years, these were the only places that you could get a haircut.

Clarendon and Kingway (basically next door to the apartments on Clarendon) - that was a Chinese place where most asians went of all ages and sexes.

Kingsway and Duchess (currently next door to the insurance place) - definite legit. Brother and sister works there I believe.

Kingsway and Slocan (northwest corner next door to the dentist office) - it's a beauty supply store.

North side of Kingsway between Slocan and Duchess - it's a supply store for haircare professionals.

South side of Kingsway (Vietnamese Hair Salon) - never ever saw a customer!

South side of Kingsway between Wales and Kingsway - neve saw anyone, always dark.

There used to be a place by 22nd and Main right on the corner, but that place was next door to a Vietnamese Pho place. It's gone now sorry.

There's a haircut place just south of Main and King Ed, west side of street, where you can get a cut and hj. Operator does not do hj, just haircut and massage, but a couple of her 'girls' will. HC, MSG, HJ with top open and touchable/kissable was about .85 total.
