Utopia

Hello all.

Well tonight after going to a couple of the SC in the area I decided to make a stop at Utopia. I have not been there in almost a year. I was quite disappointed.

I had called and made an appointment with Cindy. No problem. I arrive there and find out I had been double booked and I would have to wait. Strike 1.

I ask who else is available. Vanessa, Alex, Savannah and Chelsea. I choose Alex. I go to pay and the bank machine is not working. Apparently it is out of money. Strike 2.

I again try to pay with a debit card. After trying twice, machine not working. Unable to get a connection. Strike 3.

I decided to leave and come home. Vanessa was the girl who tried to get me into a room and she was quite apologetic. Its not her fault though. Needless to say i had to leave very unsatisfied. I could have made a stop at Allure, but I figured I would wait for another time.

Utopia is really starting to slide. First Lexis hasn't been seen forever and I keep getting a story that she is on vacation. Why do I not believe this one.

Then I noticed Bria is not on the schedule this week. What is she on the permanent vacation like Lexis too?

Last of all the banking machine didn't work for you or interact. What is wrong with that picture. Least of all being double booked.

I have always supported Utopia but after the problems with their Customer Service and attitude I think I am going elsewhere.

I am doomd to never be able to book with Bria. I called and they told me she was on an extended leave of absense. I don't get it. I also tried to book with this Cindy girl and I was told to call back next week.

Ever since spring time of this year the place in my opinion has been on a real bad slide. Used to be one of the places in town...
Now, well I don't know... but I don't go in there much anymore
and there in no recovery in sight!!!
It's to bad really, the place rocked at one time

Hi this is nick of Utopia, I was just on here and was reviewing your post. If there was a case of overbooking with Cindy I highly apologize for that, the bank machine emptying happens some times, we get busy and it runs out, i try my best to keep it full at all times but that evening just happend to be my day off and i was'nt aware of the machine running low. As for my debit/credit card machine not working I find that a little hard to believe since there were quite a few credits ran through due to the ATM being empty, it could have been quite possible that there could have been a problen with the swipe on your card. I apologize for your inconvinence but if you would have called or came in to speak to me we could have worked something out

Stopped by Utopia tonight and they said they expected Bria back in a few weeks. Doesn't sound like she was fired to me.
