Vista Print Troubles

I know Vista Print is used by many on this board. News reports here are saying that Vista Print has been charging customers' credit cards without their knowledge, and customers are having problems getting them to stop. Any one having this problem?

I haven't had this problem *so far*, but it's a good idea to keep tabs on your credit card account anyway. We only use a debit card, so I can check daily. Thanks for the heads-up; I'll make sure to keep close tabs on them!

This evidently has been going on since 2007. I am really surprised and disappointed at this company. I have ordered many items in the past and now I feel I don't want to take a chance of having this happen to me.

Buyer beware.

I accidentally hit to join the website service for $4.99 a month once but realized it the next bank statement, called Vista Print and they took care of it...even refunded the money they had taken out. I've ordered TONS of material from them in the past 2 years and have never had anything negative happen with them. I've called them a couple of times from orders being late or not arriving and they have always been very good about honoring the order and are very professional.

But as was stated above...I am extra careful to watch what I click when I'm checking out.

I just ordered updated marketing materials from VistaPrint. All in all a positive experience almost every time, and they make it so easy to get just what you want.

Problems? The first time I had a problem, it was my fault. I was in a hurry and occupied with something else, so I just talked my son through ordering, and didn't get the special that I wanted to get. My fault, they offer several different offers monthly, and I should have taken care of it myself.

If you already have a design in your head, don't go with the design service, because they're not mind readers. Just take the time to either design it yourself or get someone to help you.

Once there was a mix-up with someone else's order, which can happen with any company, and they took care of it immediately.

I'm very happy with their service, the ability to/ease of designing my own marketing materials.

I've been using VistaPrint for many, many years for my promotional materials and am very pleased with them. They've always shown prompt attention to any problems I've experienced including refunding $$ when the car door magnets I ordered did not arrive.

All-in-all, I'm very pleased with everything I've ever ordered and in all business dealings I've had with VistaPrint.

How about Overnight Prints?

I've used Overnight Prints repeatedly over the years, their pricing is similar and they do a great job. I also found their site easier to use. Just an alternative recommendation.
