What can we do to introduce fair-trade in schools?

Help with my homework please, citizenship ks3 year 9, GCSE coursework. I need to know how to introduce fair-trade in schools locally nationally and globally by wenesday
Locally i've got:

Using our budget we will make a sale of fair-trade products for one day inside the canteen
This will let students have a sample of fair-trade food and we can donate 80% of the proceedings to fair-trade
The remaining profit will be used to get a vending machine in the school full of fair-trade products of your choice
We will set up posters for raising awareness of fair-trade
We will have a school assembly on raising fair-trade awareness, and upcoming fair-trade events
And we will create a petition

Nationally i've got:
We will create a petition/ write a letter to our MP

Globally i Got
we will create a blog/website to raise awareness of fairtrade
