What therapies do you think are really going to shine through in 2011.

Last year I think bamboo massage, candle massage and lava shells really shone.

this year......whats it to be? As a trainer, I see crystal treatments being big and a revival of anything Ayurvedic.

i'd have to agree with you there.. there seems to be a lot of ayurveda workshops going on at the moment.. and crystals have always been popular in my opinion.. even those who aren't spiritually minded as it were seem to resonate with crystals.. they're tactile and easy to love and people are just drawn to them.. on the whole though, i do believe that people are looking more and more to be in charge of their own health.. pharmaceutical drugs don't seem to be taken with the same ready eagerness and herbalists seem to be doing very well at present.. people are waking up, everywhere.. and with that comes a revival of the ancient healing systems..

my knowledge is somewhat restricted as i'm just waking up myself but it's an exciting time all round this new age we are entering..
