Why did not the email service provider honchos like Gmail, Yahoo

introduce something like Email Will? Someone may have lots of wonderful and exciting information and documents in an email ID over the years of his/her existence. Once that guy dies, all that wonderful / aweful information is lost to the world rotting in some dark corner of google's or yahoo's hard drives forever. Why not introduce a system by which the email property of the email originator can be passed on to someone whom he desires to bequeath to after he passes away? Not everybody may want that but some might.
