Why does Obama say the deficit is a top priority and then introduce the

biggest budget deficit ever in history? When he said the deficit would be a priority, did he mean he'd make it a priority to bankrupt us? Serious answers only. I really want to know how he can be taken seriously when he says stuff like this. I just don't get it. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

He is now surpassed all other President's spending COMBINED. He is spending like a teenager with their parent's credit card. And we are only 1.5 years into his term.

He's like Kennedy, hopefully. The first year or so sucked. However, for Kennedy, came the Cuban Missile Crisis, then he shined. Maybe Obama will follow with any luck. His spending is off the charts, thats not debatable. I agree, with the others, he spends much more than he needs to spend.
