I heard something interesting yesterday, and thought I'd start a thread, unless we already have one going...

Let's add different word choices that make our businesses sound more professional, flowery, relaxing, client friendly, etc. here.

I am betting we could all use some help on our lingo!

combo of massage, warm stones, back facial, warming foot treatment and warm stone facial massage

well-groomed, hygienic, prompt, professional, courteous, fully-screened, finest skilled, state and local licensed, insured, certified, registered, ethical, holistic

Not too clever, I must admit... that was one I "heard". Came from a spa in South Africa. One of my clients visted there and told me!
