Working for a Chiropractor

I'm a terrible writer.  I was hoping that  someone here would have a nice proposal idea for a chiropractor.  I picked up some resume paper and envelops and would like to send out an introduction letter and resume to all the chiropractors in my area.  I've tried meeting them in person, but they are usually way too busy to speak to me.  I figured if I sent out my introduction then made a personal appearence they would be more apt to speak to me.  Or at the very least be apt to set up an interview.  I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something that says i'm new and have realistic expectations.  Thank you.
