Part of the final seforum.xxxe of school is going through a job interview with the asst. director. She has told me that they are considering hiring a recruiter for the school. They already have a PR person. I explained that my degree/experience was in advertising and marketing. She sounded interested. So I pulled out my resume' and started working on updating it. I found myself rewriting it towards this job. I realized this and decided that I needed it to be a true reflection of me rather than a hyped version of me. With most of my experience in business, how do I turn this around and get my point across that I'm looking for a flexible job where I can grow in my skills as a therapist, use my marketing experience and balance my family life? Do I add to my resume' how I've grown as a therapist? Or is that totally irrelevant at this seforum.xxxe?
