Yanno when you're asked to introduce yourself...?

Like on the first day of school or first week or the first whatever, the teachers usually have you introduce yourself, well yeah, what're you supposed to say? Like I never know, and i always say something stupid, like this passed year, we had to say 5 facts about ourselfs and one of mine was "I live in a house" and it was the stupidest thing i've ever said... I know.
So this year, I wanna say something better, but like what do you normally say? And i'm going into 8th grade, do they usually make you introduce yourself?
