How does it work? What do you do? I joined just to be a fangirl and follow some celebs I like, but Im not really sure what else there is to it! Thanks in advance :)

I just signed up for a Twitter account today. How do I find very specific interests to follow? For instance, I see where it will give me suggestions for "health," but not for a specific health problem.
