I think most of us adults know what to eat and take care of our bodies, aside from the ones who smoke weed and drink alcohol all the time. I doubt that most guys are sitting around eating chips and drinking coke all day.

So you found article on the Red board and assume that it is all of the boomers out there trying to cling on to one's youth. We can't all be so jacked and gunned like millennials who are working out, drinking kale smoothies, getting lots of sleep and living a life without stress.

I once tried some energy drinks a while back to see what all the hoopla was about. Honestly, I never tasted such garbage in my life. Absolutely horrible. And it didn't do anything for me either. Energy drinks solely exist for the purpose of profit, and nothing else.

If you guys want some real health advice, then start drinking cranberry juice. Excellent for your prostate health. Regular coffee is good for your prostate, just don't overdue it. 2 or 3 cups of coffee daily, should be the limit. Having a well balanced diet with plenty of different fruits and vegetables trumps everything else. And it doesn't hurt to substitute your beef intake with alternates, such as pork, chicken and fish once in awhile. And stay away from smoking and heavy drinking, aside from the occasional glass of red wine.

And don't forget to brush your teeth daily. Overall good health and clean teeth have stronger links than anyone has ever imagined before.

There. I just saved you guys from wasting your money from hiring a dietitian.
