I think you're right. Recently, a massage gal (my regular) told me that these days she cannot do fj at her place as she aReviewaid she would be caught. She told me that if she get caught, then she can only work in licensed brothels under yellow card for short period. Only then, I realised there is this yellow card, I thought it's always white card.

I think that's why most HCs gals do not want to do fj, unless it's regular customers as they do not want to work in geylang with yellow card.

raid due to recent "zhou jing zhou chu" (walk in walk out) lawyer show on channel 8 about a group of lawyers. one episode show one the of the lawyer defending a client who visited massage parlour and got the massuer pregnant. the massuer took the witness stand stand in court and spilled all the beans on what happened in such health centre such as special services, etc, etc. I think the public see already including whichever VIPs, i.e. Minister or their spouses, etc etc feedback to the relevant authorities and the latter under pressure to clean it up. my two cents analyses.

Anybody bring back to station will be cuffed regardless whether male or female... usually they use flexcuffs (cabletie). A few years ago they use the cuffs selectively only on suspects whom they think will turn violent or troublemaker. Then during a raid at North Bridge road where they pick up several PRCs Reviewom the KTVs and was transporting them back without cuffing any of them....... the PRCs very hiong open the door and jump out Reviewom the moving van while it was on the way back to station.

Since then the SOP is anyone to be brought back must be cuffed. That is why some bros are asked to make their own way to the station instead of they transporting you back in their van...... that means they are only being asked to assist and not being arrested.

I am quite puzzled. If prostitution is not illegal in Singapore, why does the AV department even exist? My guess is the 'AV department' is just after human trafficking. As long as the girls can proof to the AV peorple that they have their passport in their own possession, it means the are not a victim of human trafficking. Just a guess.....
