I am developing a proposal to be the spa director at a medical spa and wanted to get some ideas/opinions from those already in the position: what does your work include?

The proposal is very straight-forward, as I do not want the owner to take the information and use it to hire someone else; but I want a strong argument built so that he (continues) to believe I am the best fit for the job.
