Vip damages vary from place to place and day to day.
I have heard one need spend at least 25 k to open vip but if u are regular and familiar face than there is no starting fees.

I generally skip vips as i found it waste of money.
If i want to touch girl i directly take her to room rather than wasting time and money in vips.
