Hey I have the ball to admit when I made a mistake. I don't bash her like our neighbor. I am good at reading people and I can tell right away she could be a star, a hidden gem, so we gave her 3 days a week right after the interview and now we will give her one more day. I sent her to Bella spa (the owner who used to work at I&U) and she did 8 there today. Now you can figure out why next door bashed her after she refused to work with them.. but didn't mention she didn't stay cuz they have no business. I do have some of their girls messages that said there was no business.

here is how they see Yumi by 2 different bosses.

The next door nasty BU boss said Yumi is old and a whore so they let her go,

This Yumi doesn't work here anymore.She just worked one day yesterday,and found she provide fs service and many customer refused to take her due to her age.Yesterday 8 customers said no to her.So we just let her go

KJ asked Bella 'how many customers she got now?" on Monday. And on Monday Yumi was not working at Bella Spa. She was at EBC. And Bella only have the Japanese girl start working on Friday this week. There was no Japanese girl working there before Friday this week. Something fishy here.

And there is no way the Japanese girl can do 8 clients in a day. The whole shop is as dead as a door nail. At most they have in a day is 8 for 2 girls working.

And on Friday when the Japanese girl was working at Bella, there was a review saying she did FS. So now KJ EBC has FS girl working. Will Amy keep Yumi or fire her?

Age is just a number, she must be very good at whet she does , everyone who saw her half hr yesterday at EB extended their time to one hour and giving us two thumbs up said it all about her.

I have known the owner Julia for 7-8 yrs and she was well known and well liked by everyone , well known as a sweet girl Yuki at La La Land spa who can massage well with great service. I don't think so. Amy already told her she can't work at both spas. Just like Cindy told her girl Yoyo when she was working at EB, Yoyo had to leave at half day cuz Cindy called her and gave her the ultimatum. They said the two spas are too close. I think it's all about give and take. Some bosses are too controlling. Serene Ocean boss did the same with Diana when she was about to work at I&U. So was JR boss , she stopped Lucy from coming over to EB even tho' Lucy only works at Oakville branch., not at JR. SL boss was cool, 2-3 of her girls working with us when we first opened and some of EB girls working there too. Our blonde haired girl Tiffany was working at both spas until she went back to China. We have no problem at all. Sometimes it was influence from some idiots in here sucking up the spa bosses ,and sometimes the girls taking the customers to other spas. For me, I don't give a fcuk. Let the members see where they 're more convenient and comfortable with.
