That’s Riley aka Lily. Cynically I think she gets called Lily by Chinese girls who mix up R and L. Riley’s a great girl, CBC, perfect English.

You can't really mixes the R and L's here, I think the problem was nobody in the spa can say Riley properly. N, L and R are all difficult.
