They wouldn't need to hop from spa to agency to another spa every 3 days if they were so actually so high quality and generated a consistent stream of business.

In any event, assuming this was a real incident and not her sob story to get you to spend more, it's extremely rare. None of these girls are fearing for their safety as they come in droves into this country. They're here not here to save lives, they're coming for the easy money and the risk is not remotely high enough to limit their pool of potential customers.
